How Do Credits Work?
Pricing Tiers:
Your pricing tier determines how many credits are included in your plan. If you need additional credits, you can purchase them at any time to continue using Bambuser's premium services.
Using Credits:
When you dub or add subtitles to a video, credits are deducted based on the video's length.
Credit Management:
Easily track your credit balance and a video's credit cost by navigating to any show and opening the dubbing or subtitles feature; the credit pop-up will then appear.
If your balance reaches zero, certain features will be unavailable until you purchase more credits.
