With action cards, you can seamlessly guide your shoppers from a video to any destination—whether it's a video consultation, a specific campaign page, or any other page of your choice.
Create a New Show
- Go to Shows in the left-hand menu and click NEW SHOW in the top-right corner.
- Name your show, add all relevant information, and click MODERATE in the top-right corner to enter Moderator View.
Create and Publish Your Action Cards
- Click Add Actions to add existing Action Cards (your library of Action Cards is shared across both the Live and Shoppable Video products, making it easy to reuse them).
- To create a new Action Card, click Create Action and:
- Add an internal title.
- Enter the text to display on the card.
- Provide the URL shoppers should be directed to.
- Specify whether the URL should open in the current tab or a new tab.
- Please note: Ensure all information is correct, as Action Cards cannot be edited once live.
- Add an internal title.
- After adding the relevant Action Cards for the show, navigate to the Timeline section to schedule when the cards should appear to shoppers:
- Click Highlight to make an Action Card visible to shoppers.
- To hide an Action Card, click the three dots on the card and select Unhighlight. You can reactivate the card by selecting Highlight again.
- Please note: Only one Action Card can be highlighted at a time. Highlighting a new card will replace the current Action Card.
- Click Highlight to make an Action Card visible to shoppers.
