Set Up a Show
- In the Live product, navigate to Shows from the left-hand menu.
- Click NEW SHOW in the top-right corner.
- Name your show, add the necessary details, and proceed to the MODERATE button in the top-right corner to manage the show.
Create and Launch Your Games
- From the Moderator View, go to Games in the left-hand menu to start creating your games.
- Click +Game in the top-right corner and provide details for the game: the question you want to ask, the correct answer, countdown duration before the game begins and an optional total runtime of the game.
- If you want to notify participants of the results:
- Enable Game End Notification.
- Customize the message for winners and non-winners.
- Specify how the winner should claim their prize(s), you can decide if you want to notify inside the game or via your own marketing tools.
- Enable Game End Notification.
- Include a link to your Terms and Conditions to ensure participants agree before entering the game.
- Once your game is set up, go live to launch it!
Select the Winners
- After the game ends, click SELECT WINNERS.
- Choose how to determine winners:
- Select RANDOMLY or FASTEST, and specify the number of winners.
- Alternatively, manually select winners by clicking on their entries.
- Select RANDOMLY or FASTEST, and specify the number of winners.
With these steps, you're ready to host an engaging and competitive show!

Shopper data can be deleted by setting up an API call that deletes the data after xx days. Reference our Rest API documentation here.
What information is collected and used to identify applicants?
Whoever sets up the game controls which information are required. You can choose in between “Name”, “Phone” and “Email”

Where is Shopper data stored?
Shopper data is securely stored on our servers in Firebase, which is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
