Key Changes and Your Required Actions (Effective May 31, 2025):

Update Your Chat Embed Script URL:
- Current URL: https://cdn.usehero.com/loader.js
- NEW URL: https://cdn.chat.bambuser.com/loader.js
- ACTION NEEDED: You MUST replace the old URL with the new URL in the code where you've embedded the Bambuser Chat widget on your website(s). Failure to do so will result in the chat widget disappearing from your site.

These updates are necessary for the continued operation and improvement of your Bambuser Chat integration. They are a direct result of the changes following the acquisition from Klarna.
Consequences of Not Taking Action:
If you do not update your embed script URL by May 31, 2025, the chat widget will cease to appear on your website. If you use firewalls and do not whitelist the new domains, your agents may experience connectivity issues with their apps. If you use SFTP for product feed uploads, failure to update the URL will disrupt your product feed uploads.
