In the Bookings section of the left-hand menu, agents can manage their working hours, block specific times and automatically sync their schedule with their calendar (Google or Outlook) under the My Availability option.
Please note that an agent must be assigned as a resource in order to set their availability and allow shoppers to book a call with them. A user must have the role in the user settings as a Manager or Owner to be able to make an agent a bookable resource to a specific service.
Agents can be made bookable resources by going to Bookings > Services (select desired service) > Resources and clicking the + next to their name.
If the agent is not on the list, make sure they are invited to the Workspace by going to Settings in the left-hand menu, go to Users and click Invite Users in the top right corner.
Working Hours
Here, agents can set the specific days and hours they’re available for bookings. An owner or manager will define the default availability in Service Availability. Therefore, if an agent does not specify their specific working hours, shoppers will be able to book any free time slot based on the Service Availability.
Blocked Time/Out of Office
Agents can block off time when they are unavailable for bookings. This feature is useful for scheduling out-of-office (OOO) periods or any other times they cannot accept appointments. Additionally, they have the option to set recurring blocked times.
Calendar Sync
With Calendar Sync, agents can seamlessly connect their calendar to ensure their availability aligns with that of their own calendars. Any hours marked as "busy" in their schedule will automatically be blocked preventing shoppers from booking appointments during those times.
